Sometimes referred to as “watch top hangers”.  This decorative hanger screws into the top of your frame, rather than the back, hanging the frame like a fob watch.  It is commonly used in conjunction with brass plate hooks.  Top fixing screw rings are also very useful for displaying frames that may be glazed on both sides, where other hanging systems would spoil the rear view of the frame.
