Mouldings

Wessex have over 1100 mouldings in their range from manufacturers in Italy, Spain and our own factory, Midas Mouldings, in Norfolk. All are available in single sticks but there are discounts depending on the quantity you buy.

Plain Woods are some of the most popular mouldings at present because of their versatility. A wide variety of finishes can be applied (see wood finishing products) to give an almost infinite number of finishes. Plain woods are available in Oak, Ash, Tulip, Koto, Obeche, Pine, Beech and Lime. Please be aware that plain woods can vary both in grain and colour.

Also very popular are the Black or White mouldings. These come in many finishes from smooth to grainy and matt to glossy.

The newest range addition is Polcore, a high quality expanded polystyrene core moulding, easily cut and joined using standard framing guillotine or circular saw and underpinner. These mouldings offer unbeatable value, quality and style.

All of our mouldings have been categorized by colour to help you find what you are looking for more easily.
